What Are Your Policies Regarding Payment?
We require half payment due at reservation & the remainder due one month before arrival. Payments are not refundable.

What Is Your Check-In Time?
Check In Time Is Saturday at 3pm. Check Out Time is the following Saturday at 11am.

Do You Require A Security Deposit?
A security deposit of $250 is due at time of reservation. If the cottage was left in the condition it was before your visit, the deposit will be completely refunded. However, if there has been damage to the cottage or property, or an excessive amount of cleaning is necessary to prepare it for the next renters, the damage will be assessed and the remainder of your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days.

How Many People Can Comfortably Stay at Sunny Boy Cottage?
The Sunny Boy comfortably accommodates six to eight guests.

Will We Be Within Walking Distance To The Amusement Park & Public Beach?
Sunny Boy Cottage is close to, but not within walking distance to the amusement park & public beach. The distance allows for a quieter stay from the hub of beach activity.

Is Smoking Allowed In The Cottage?
I'm sorry, smoking is not allowed at Sunny Boy Cottage. What Is Your Policy On Pets?
I'm sorry, we do not allow pets at Sunny Boy Cottage.

Sylvan Beach is a popular location for walleye & bass fishing, swimming & boating not to mention its variety of fabulous restaurants, gift shops & an exciting, historic amusement park.
